Newborns are ideally best captured within the first 1-2 weeks of life.

When they are sleepy curly and well ... new.

I make a tentative booking off your due date & we schedule your shoot once baby is here, at a time to suit us both, in my studio which is based in Claudelands or in your own home.


Sessions last around 1-2 hours.

I have been working with newborns for 10 years now ... so I have a few tricks up my sleeve (baby whisperer) and I'm totally here for the cuddles.

I shoot with a candid & posed style which is baby led.


This session is to remind you of those new scrunches, peach fuzz, button noses & peelyness ... things that will never be the same apart from in this milestone.


All newborns are shot on weekdays unless by prior arrangement.  I have a full range of wraps, swaddles, blankets & accessories to suit all shoots. I do welcome your own accessories as well.

  • 10 digital images of your choice - via digital download
  • Optional upgrade to full gallery  (approx 30 images) + $250
  • colour + black and white version of each digital
